How It Works

Nonadrone helps businesses choose and purchase complete professional drone systems built around the work they need to perform.

We do not sell a single brand as the answer to every problem. We evaluate the application first, then identify the drone system that best fits the customer’s operating requirements, workflow, and budget.

Start Your Way

Every customer can begin in the way that works best for them.

You can:

  • use our intelligent solution assistant;
  • browse ready-to-operate systems by industry or capability;
  • compare available configurations;
  • or contact Nonadrone directly.

The solution assistant is not intended to replace an engineer or turn the customer into a drone specialist. It explains the practical differences between system options in clear language, helping customers understand what they are selecting and what they can reasonably expect from the final system.

Customers who already know what they need can move directly to a system review or request.

Define the Operation

The process begins with the work the drone must perform.

Depending on the application, we may review:

  • what needs to be inspected, measured, mapped, recorded, or carried;
  • required image, sensor, or data quality;
  • operating distance and expected flight time;
  • payload requirements;
  • environmental and site conditions;
  • expected daily workload;
  • battery and charging logistics;
  • software and reporting requirements;
  • budget;
  • target deployment timeline.

The objective is not to collect technical details for their own sake. It is to determine what the complete system must deliver in actual use.

Review the Available Solutions

Nonadrone evaluates ready-to-operate systems that may fit the customer’s requirements.

We compare the complete solution, including the aircraft, payload, software, batteries, charging equipment, accessories, support, and operating workflow.

When discussing strengths and limitations, we evaluate the specific drone system and configuration—not the manufacturer as a whole.

A manufacturer may offer several platforms designed for different applications. One system may be an excellent fit for a particular operation while another system from the same company may not be appropriate.

Our role is to explain where each proposed solution performs well, where its limitations matter, and how those differences affect the customer’s work.

Choose the Right Fit

Nonadrone may recommend one solution or present several suitable options when the customer would benefit from a comparison.

The final choice remains with the customer.

Some customers prioritize performance, automation, data quality, or operating time. Others place greater weight on price, simplicity, portability, service access, or compatibility with an existing workflow.

There is no requirement to follow a fixed purchasing path. The process can be as detailed or as direct as the customer prefers.

Confirm the Complete Configuration

Once a system is selected, Nonadrone coordinates confirmation of the complete package with the applicable manufacturer or supplier.

This may include:

  • the aircraft platform;
  • payloads and sensors;
  • software;
  • batteries;
  • charging equipment;
  • ground control hardware;
  • transport cases;
  • required accessories;
  • training or onboarding;
  • delivery terms;
  • warranty and support coverage.

Specifications, availability, pricing, and delivery timing are confirmed before the customer proceeds.

One Agreed Project Total

Before purchase, the customer receives a confirmed total for the complete project.

Payment may be divided between the companies responsible for different parts of the solution:

  • the manufacturer or supplier invoices the equipment, software, delivery, warranty, and manufacturer-provided services;
  • Nonadrone invoices the solution design, system configuration, compatibility review, procurement coordination, and deployment planning included in the project.

Both invoices are issued together, and their combined value equals the total agreed with the customer before purchase.

The customer sees the complete cost before approving the order. No additional Nonadrone charges are added unless the customer requests work outside the agreed project scope.

Delivery, Warranty, and Service

The applicable manufacturer or supplier remains responsible for the equipment it provides.

Depending on the selected system and agreement, this may include:

  • manufacturing or final configuration;
  • shipping and delivery;
  • product warranty;
  • repairs;
  • replacement parts;
  • technical service;
  • manufacturer-provided software;
  • software support;
  • manufacturer training or onboarding.

The exact responsibilities, warranty provider, support terms, and service process are identified before payment.

Training and Deployment

What happens after delivery depends on the selected system, software, and manufacturer support structure.

Some systems include manufacturer-led onboarding or software training. Others may require additional remote guidance, workflow setup, or deployment support.

Before purchase, the customer is informed about:

  • what training is included;
  • who provides it;
  • how it is delivered;
  • what technical support is available;
  • whether additional implementation assistance is recommended.

The objective is not simply to deliver equipment. It is to make sure the customer understands how the complete system is intended to be used.

When a Standard System Is Not Enough

Nonadrone primarily focuses on ready-to-operate commercial systems.

Custom engineering is considered when a standard solution cannot meet an important project requirement and the scale of the project justifies additional development.

Any custom work is reviewed separately for technical feasibility, cost, timeline, manufacturer compatibility, warranty impact, and operational risk.

Our Responsibility

Nonadrone remains involved throughout the selection and purchasing process.

We help the customer:

  • understand the available options;
  • compare complete drone systems;
  • identify the right operational fit;
  • confirm the final configuration;
  • coordinate with the selected manufacturer or supplier;
  • understand the commercial, warranty, support, and training structure before payment.

We do not begin with a preferred brand.

We begin with the work the system needs to perform.
