Buying an industrial drone system is more than ordering an aircraft. A complete system setup may include the drone, payloads, batteries, charging equipment, software, training, integration, and support from several different providers.

Nonadrone brings those pieces together into one coordinated solution. Before you place an order, contact Nonadrone so we can explain what is included, how support works, and who handles each part of the system.

One Point of Contact

Nonadrone is your main commercial contact for the order.

We coordinate the equipment and services included in your solution, collect payment, place orders with the applicable manufacturers and suppliers, and help keep the project moving through delivery and onboarding.

After delivery, you can also contact us with questions about:

  • warranty coverage;
  • service and repairs;
  • replacement parts;
  • damaged or missing items;
  • training;
  • software access;
  • technical support;
  • system upgrades.

You should not have to figure out which company to call every time a question comes up. We will help route the request to the right manufacturer, supplier, software provider, or service partner.

Equipment Warranty

Each aircraft, payload, battery, charger, controller, and other hardware component is covered under the warranty terms provided by its manufacturer or supplier.

Coverage can vary by product and configuration. Before payment, we will explain:

  • the warranty period;
  • what is covered;
  • what is excluded;
  • what may void coverage;
  • how claims are submitted;
  • where repairs are performed;
  • who handles service-related shipping;
  • whether replacement or loaner equipment is available.

Nonadrone helps coordinate the warranty process, but all claims remain subject to the applicable manufacturer or supplier terms.

Service and Repairs

Repairs may be completed by the manufacturer, an authorized service center, the equipment supplier, or another approved service provider.

Depending on the issue, the process may include:

  • remote troubleshooting;
  • system diagnostics;
  • replacement parts;
  • return-to-depot service;
  • repair at an authorized facility;
  • full unit replacement when approved under the applicable warranty.

Nonadrone remains available as your point of contact and helps coordinate communication throughout the process.

Aircraft Training

Training for aircraft operation, safety, maintenance, and manufacturer-specific procedures may be included with the system or offered as an additional service.

Available formats may include:

  • remote onboarding;
  • live online instruction;
  • recorded training;
  • operating manuals;
  • maintenance guidance;
  • in-person training where available.

Before the order is finalized, we will confirm what training is included, who provides it, and how it will be delivered.

Software Training and Support

Software may be provided by the aircraft manufacturer, a separate software company, or another technology partner.

Training and support may cover:

  • mission planning;
  • flight workflow setup;
  • data transfer;
  • image and sensor-data processing;
  • mapping and modeling;
  • report generation;
  • user account setup;
  • software-specific troubleshooting.

We will make sure you know who supports the software and how to get help after deployment.

Deployment and Onboarding

The level of onboarding depends on the aircraft, payload, software, and intended workflow.

Before you place an order, we will outline:

  • what training is included;
  • what setup is required;
  • who handles onboarding;
  • how the system will be delivered;
  • whether implementation support is recommended;
  • what support remains available after launch.

The goal is not simply to deliver equipment. It is to give you a clear path to putting the system to work.

Custom and Modified Systems

Custom payloads, structural changes, third-party hardware, software integrations, and other modifications may affect warranty coverage, service eligibility, system performance, or flight safety.

Any non-standard work must be reviewed before it is approved.

For custom systems, the applicable warranty, support, and service terms will be documented separately for the project.

The exact support structure depends on the selected solution, but responsibilities generally fall into three areas.

Before You Buy

Before payment is accepted, your quotation, order confirmation, or sales agreement will identify:

  • the equipment and services included;
  • the applicable warranty terms;
  • who handles repairs and service;
  • who provides aircraft training;
  • who provides software training;
