Support, Training & Warranty

Nonadrone helps customers understand how support, training, warranty, and service are handled before a purchase is approved.

Because each system may include equipment, software, and services from different providers, responsibilities are confirmed for the specific solution rather than presented as a single standard package.

Equipment Warranty

The manufacturer or equipment supplier is responsible for the warranty coverage provided with the aircraft, payloads, batteries, charging equipment, ground control hardware, and other supplied components.

Warranty terms may vary by manufacturer, product, configuration, and intended use.

Before purchase, the customer is informed about:

  • the applicable warranty period;
  • what the warranty covers;
  • what may void the warranty;
  • how warranty claims are submitted;
  • where repairs are performed;
  • who is responsible for shipping related to service or repair;
  • whether replacement equipment or loaner units are available.

Service and Repairs

Hardware service, repairs, replacement parts, and manufacturer-specific technical support are handled by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.

The service process depends on the selected system and may include remote diagnostics, return-to-depot repair, authorized service centers, replacement components, or manufacturer-directed troubleshooting.

The applicable process is confirmed before the order is placed.

Aircraft Training

Training related to aircraft operation, hardware, maintenance, safety procedures, and manufacturer-specific system use is provided by the manufacturer or equipment supplier when included in the selected package.

The format may include:

  • remote onboarding;
  • live online instruction;
  • recorded training materials;
  • operating documentation;
  • maintenance guidance;
  • in-person training where available.

Software Training

Software training is provided by the company responsible for selling, licensing, or supporting the applicable software.

Depending on the selected solution, this may include:

  • mission planning;
  • flight workflow setup;
  • data transfer;
  • image or sensor-data processing;
  • report generation;
  • mapping or modeling workflows;
  • user-account setup;
  • software-specific technical support.

The aircraft manufacturer and software provider may be the same company or separate companies.

What Nonadrone Coordinates

Nonadrone confirms the support structure before purchase so the customer understands who is responsible for each part of the system.

This includes:

  • equipment warranty;
  • hardware service;
  • software support;
  • aircraft training;
  • software onboarding;
  • deployment assistance;
  • access to documentation;
  • available support channels.

Nonadrone does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty or the software provider’s technical support.

Our role is to make sure those responsibilities are identified clearly before the customer approves the project.

Deployment and Onboarding

The level of onboarding depends on the selected aircraft, software, and operational workflow.

Before purchase, the customer is informed about:

  • what training is included;
  • who provides it;
  • how it is delivered;
  • what preparation is required;
  • whether additional implementation support is recommended;
  • what support remains available after deployment.

The objective is to ensure the customer receives not only the equipment, but also a clear path to using the complete system as intended.

Custom and Modified Systems

Custom engineering, third-party integrations, structural modifications, non-standard payloads, or software integrations may affect warranty and support coverage.

Any work that may change manufacturer warranty, system behavior, flight safety, or service eligibility must be reviewed before implementation.

The applicable warranty and support terms for modified systems are confirmed separately for each project.

Responsibility by Provider

The exact support structure may vary, but the general division of responsibility is:

Manufacturer or equipment supplier

  • aircraft and hardware warranty;
  • repairs and replacement parts;
  • hardware-specific technical support;
  • aircraft operation and maintenance training.

Software provider

  • software licensing;
  • software onboarding;
  • data-processing workflows;
  • reporting and software support.

Nonadrone

  • solution selection;
  • configuration coordination;
  • confirmation of support responsibilities;
  • coordination between the customer, manufacturer, supplier, and software provider;
  • clarification of the training and deployment process before purchase.

Before You Buy

Before the customer receives the final invoices, Nonadrone confirms:

  • who provides the warranty;
  • who handles service and repairs;
  • who provides aircraft training;
  • who provides software training;
  • what support is included;
  • what additional services are optional;
  • how the customer requests help after delivery.

All responsibilities are identified before payment so the customer knows who supports each part of the system.
